The ”Saint George the Victorious” estate project includes 18 homes of classic design, combining best of European and American architectural features. The properties are available in a variety of floor plans and square footage. Residents can choose from 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes. Most of the homes also have separate studios that can be used as a guest room, home office, exercise room, library - the possibilities are endless. Rules of good cohabitation

For maximum convenience of our residents and to guarantee a pristine exterior and the status of the ”Saint George the Victorious” community, each home is required to sign an agreement with the mutually selected management and maintenance company. Thus, we can guarantee the peace of mind and the comfort of all residents without risking the deterioration of the community's alleys and green areas.

The maintenance company is also responsible for hiring the security subcontractor for the community.

Residential Rules
To establish an enjoyable, stress-free living environment in the community we put together a reasonable set of rules to ensure that good relationships between all residents can be maintained. Each new resident will receive a copy of the rules in either the English or Bulgarian language. Following are some of rules the community is require to adhere to:
